Who are your parties for?
Our parties are for children from 2 years and beyond. Most of our parties are for 10-20 participants but we can cater for more if required and often have the whole school class attend.
What kind of parties do you offer?
Typically our parties are 2 hours but can be longer if you wish. We offer a range of activities and can tailor a party to suit your interests- from axe throwing, archery to aerial tree climbing, bushcraft such as fire lighting, whittling and den building to scavenger hunts, raft building or themed sessions such as fairies & elves or Harry Potter- With over 7 years experience delivering parties you name it we have probably done it and if we haven’t we’re keen to try! Below is a few party-theme ideas but please do get in touch to discuss how we can tailor a party to suit your birthday adventurer!
How much does it cost?
Our parties cost £195 for up to 12 people and £12.50 for each additional person.
What’s included in the price?
A tailored party plan perfectly curated through discussion with yourself to help make it just right for your child.
An easy booking system where parents receive information on what/where/when to help make things as easy as possible for you.
A campfire snack such as S’mores, popcorn and refreshments for all party guests so you don’t even need to think about party food!
Exclusive access to our private Forest School site for you and your guests, including mud kitchen, sandpit, obstacles courses, tree house, rope swings, dens, fire circle, indoor yurt and much more! So no other members of public or dogs disturbing your fun.
Up to three qualified Forest School instructors with enhanced disclosure, and first aid trained
All equipment required to make your party a success!
A safe space, fully risk assessed and insured with qualified first aiders
A gift for the party girl/boy from all of us at Little Acorns.
No extra cost for parents that wish to attend- plus unlimited hot drinks and extra seating provided. And two cafes within 10 minute walk away for those that wish to pop away for a cuppa while we run wild with the wee ones.
A 6metre yurt space with cosy log burning stove, perfect for the tiniest party-goers and supervising adults. Also additional shelters on site.
Complementary group photo which can be forwarded on to you following the party- this can help to take the pressure off yourselves allowing parents to enjoy the experience 'in the moment' and to actually be in the photos too!

Where are the parties located?
Most of our parties are located at our private Forest School site based at Auchincruive, Ayr and surrounding 65 acres of wild and wonderful green space. But we also deliver parties at other local public green spaces and even in private gardens- if you have a location in mind we’ll be happy to discuss further!
Here’s just a few of our popular party themes- but remember we can tailor it to suit YOU & YOUR CHILD!:
WILD FOREST PARTY
Play woodland wild games, Obstacle Courses, Den building, fire lighting and a campfire for toasting marshmallows.
MAGICAL FOREST FAIRIES & ELVES, OR WITCHES & WIZARDS PARTY
Hunt for magical creatures. Make secret gnome homes or fairy doors, magic wands, stirring-sticks & Potion Making, flower crowns with various games and yummy campfire treats!
WOODLAND ARMY PARTY
Obstacle courses, survival skills, den building and all round training on how to survive in the forest! All topped off with delicious campfire snacks- cooked by the adventurers!
TEDDY BEARS PICNIC FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN
Bring your favourite teddy, cook up a storm for them in our outside kitchen and enjoy a picnic and woodland party games together with friends!
